So here are the tips to rectify this problem upto some extent.
User Profile:
Clean desktop by removing unwanted items.
Move the files/folders which are not essentially required in your user profile(i.e c:\documents and settings\
Clean Temporary Files:
Type cleanmgr.exe on Run box and hit Ok.
Select the parts which you want to clean and submit.
Visual Effects:
Right click My Computer->Properties->Advanced->Settings(for performance)
"Performance Window" will open new windpwSelect option "Adjust for best performance"
Disk Defragmenter:
In the Start Menu->Run window, type dfrg.msc and hit OK.
window will pop up.
Select drive and hit Defrag button.
It's a lengthy process and depends on the occupancy and size of your disc.
This is not the end, I will be adding more in this so to make your computer/system superfast. Right now, I need to run for some work.
